py3-bencode-4.0.0p0 – bencoding and bdecoding implementation

Description

This package simply re-packages the existing bencoding and bdecoding
implementation from the 'official' BitTorrent client as a separate,
light-weight package for re-use without having the entire BitTorrent
software as a dependency.
